According to me, supervision is - a structured and meaningful engagement between two or more professionals, within a healthy relational framework, that is educational, informative, supportive and nurturing.

Society of Australian Sexologists endorsed.

Australian Counselling Association approved RISE UP Model trained.
Been offering clinical mentoring for about 7 years and clinical supervision for about 2 years.

Session details:
​
Group: Monthly, 1.5-2 hours, max 6 supervisess, fee is $50/per/session
Individual: Monthly, 1 hour, fee is $100/session
Frequency and length of session could vary depending on the career stage and needs of a supervisee and therefore important to discuss and decide with the supervisor.
Typical session covers the following, but not limited to, -

Self-care (stress & burnout)

Review of clinical concerns and approaches

Administrative & procedural issues

Practice (ethical and compliance) matters

Business-related issues

All supervisees are expected to complete a supervision contract.
